• You own your content and give Peekaboon permission to stream and showcase it.

• We may use small clips (up to 10% of runtime) and posters for promotion.

2. Monetization (If Applicable)

• If we introduce pay-per-view or subscriptions, you will get a fair revenue share (to be agreed upon in a separate contract).

• Payments will be made within 30 days of revenue collection.

3. Public Profile & Networking

• Your profile and film details will be public unless you choose to opt out.

• You can update or remove your content anytime.

4. Content Responsibility

• You confirm that you own all rights and your content doesn’t infringe on anyone’s copyright or privacy.

• If there are any legal issues, Peekaboon is not responsible—you agree to cover any claims.

5. Content Removal

• We can remove content if it violates laws, copyrights, or our ethical policies.

• We will notify you before removal, unless legally required otherwise.

6. Security & Piracy Disclaimer

• We take security seriously, but we can’t guarantee your content won’t be copied or leaked.

7. Data Protection

• We store user data with consent and comply with GDPR and other privacy laws.

• You can request data deletion at any time.

8. Termination

• You can remove your content anytime, or request termination with 30 days’ notice.

• We may also terminate the agreement if you breach these terms.

Detailed Version (Legally )

1. Grant of Rights

1.1 The Filmmaker grants Peekaboon a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to:

• Stream and distribute the content on its platform.

• Use promotional materials, stills, and excerpts (up to 10% of runtime) for marketing purposes.

1.2 The Filmmaker retains all intellectual property rights and may distribute content elsewhere.

2. Monetization & Revenue Sharing

2.1 Peekaboon may introduce pay-per-view, subscriptions, or ad-supported models in the future.
2.2 If monetization is enabled, a separate Revenue Sharing Agreement will be signed.
2.3 Peekaboon will provide revenue statements, and payments will be made within 30 days of receipt.

3. Public Profile & Networking

3.1 The Filmmaker consents to having a public profile and networking opportunities unless they opt out.
3.2 The Filmmaker may change visibility settings or remove content at any time.

4. Content Warranties & Indemnification

4.1 The Filmmaker confirms they own all rights to the content and that it does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy laws.
4.2 The Filmmaker indemnifies Peekaboon against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content.

5. Platform Rights & Content Removal

5.1 Peekaboon reserves the right to remove content if it:

• Violates legal regulations or copyrights.

• Contains illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

• Breaches the platform’s ethical guidelines.

5.2 Peekaboon will notify the Filmmaker before removal, unless required by law.

6. Security & Piracy Disclaimer

6.1 Peekaboon takes reasonable security measures to protect content but does not guarantee against unauthorized access, copying, or piracy.
6.2 The Filmmaker acknowledges these risks before uploading content.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

7.1 Peekaboon collects and stores user details with explicit consent.
7.2 Users can request data deletion in compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.

8. Termination & Duration

8.1 This Agreement remains in effect until the Filmmaker requests removal of content.
8.2 The Filmmaker may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8.3 Peekaboon may terminate the Agreement if the Filmmaker breaches its terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
